I had a total hysterectomy 2001 - had pre-cancer cells, but always had a normal pap smear. Lining of uterus was 1% with cancer cells - now considered cancer-free, never on chemo or radiation. Am now 67. Not having sex, is it necessary to douche anymore?

First, there are no doctors who recommend douching anymore. It changes the PH of your vagina and can cause problems. I would recommend you stop.
