my dogs eye has been irritated for 3 days now shes goin to the vet today, but when i first noticed it it wouldnt open all the way then the second day the whi part was a little red but i she was opening it , and now it is like a grayish color and thw white part is red. she has been running around and playing just fine like normal, and i went to buy her some opticlear last night and i've used it twice since then will it help or is she just goin blind

well the only way you will know is by seeing your vet...it could be something that was in her eye that irritated it, and by her rubbing them that is where the redness came in...by going blind you can tell, because the darkness of the eyes start going gray and then take over the whole eye...she can be partially blind...lets wait for what the vet says...good luck...

Go to the vet! Eyes are very delicate.....if you would take yourself to the doctor, your dog should go to the vet!

Maybe she has pink eye ?
I don't think she is going blind. But if your going to the vet then there is nothing to worry about.

This sounds like conjunctivitis. It is easily treatable by your vet. I don't know what Opticlear is, but please don't use human treatments on animals.
