Something is wrong with my leg!?

For some reason today I just noticed I get an excrutiating pain on my right knee if I bend down. I can bend my leg and move around fine but when I went to bend down I notice a horrible pain. What's happening?

have no idea because mine is the left did go to doctor they gave the same old run around, heat and ice ibuprofen for pain or aleve.
