what to clean my face with???

i am a cook ,so food ,spices and what ever gets in my face and it is constantly full of pimples except when on vacation,anything with benzol peroxide work but not for too long ,i cleanse at night and exfoliate,fed up

you are probably sweating in the kitchen which is not good for acne prone skin. the BPO you are using is a good idea. i would add a retinoid (several on the market: ziana, retin-a, tazorac) that can be prescribed by a dermatologist or other physician. make sure you are not over exfoliating which can irritate skin. the retinoid exfoliates your skin chemically (whereas the cleansers in a tube exfoliate physically.) if your acne is moderate to severe, i would ask your doctor to prescribe an oral antibiotic to help with your breakouts. also, wash your face as soon as you finish your shift. you can use a non-soap cleanser like cetaphil which will not clog your pores.

Well Proactive works great. Or if you can find some kid of name brand face washer. Becarful with the cheap stuff becasue they can agitate easily. Also test what you use to see if theres any reaction.
