A really kwl one i would like is like maybe a dance club kinda theme or a bar theme but not those ones that your dads have in the basement. Moslt a dance blub kinda theme is my dream room. Or just go on the internet and search for ideas. Oh and a great idea thta just popped into my head is like a winter wonderland theme lol that would be so kwl and you could buy a white christmas tree but those small ones that are like a metre long =D good luck with your room

Jennifer asked a good question: What *do* you like more than anything in the world?
You will want to make sure your room is computer-ready, but that's more a matter of practicality than decoration.
Are there any bands or sports teams that you like? You might try putting up a few pictures or posters featuring them.
What about colors? Do you have any favorites?
Congratulations on your new room!

Go to "www.stanleyfurniture.com" and look at different room settings in their Stanley Young America line. They have some awesome room ideas for teens. If you email them, they will tell you where you can find what you see in the picture.

What is it that you like most? Flowers, Water, Clouds, Animals, Stars etc. Think about colors like lavender and sage green or all natural like tans and orange. You can get some ideas also from the HGTV shows and their websites.

Use a color scheme not a theme. A theme is for little girls. Use your favorite colors.

I wouldn't choose a theme if I were you. Most likely you'll grow out of it. However, subtle themes, such as "Zen" or anything else that you won't get sick of would definitely work.

Make everything ultra modern--sharp, precise lines & shapes when picking out furniture, stick with neutral colors: black, white, grays, browns, and add something with a splash of red(or any other color that pops), perhaps a modern painting
