Depends on what kind of drink you want... you can always get some high proof grain alcohol and drink it (with caution) but that is going to be nasty straight up. You can get some generic vodka for like $5 and make a basic strong drink with a mixer like cranberry or orange juice. Vodka and gatorade is fun, or Red Bull if you like it. Shots are usually about the same $ as a drink at a bar, but go a lot quicker. It really depends on what kind of drinker you are.

Or you could go to Trader Joes and buy a 2 buck chug bottle of wine.

Charles Shaw alias 2 buck chuck. Decent quality wine, goes for 2 bucks a bottle. Have a bottle of that and you will be feeling nice and warm.

Early in college we drank Boone's Farm. Tasty and cheap. It's apple wine, so it's palatable to most folks.
