first call the cops ever time they do that.
get your self a can of good pepper spray from a cop supply store not the cheap stuff.
And maybe a good knife.
I would say to shoot them but there could be more problems with that.
If it was me I would send them a letter asking them to keep there dogs under control if that did not work I would take a shot gun to them but thats me you make up your own mind .

Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience with the CurvyBust cream. I'm 24 years old and I've spent pretty much my whole life wishing I had slightly larger breasts. I'm normally a size A, I'd love to be a size B, especially when I wear certain kinds of low cut tops. I have a good figure, and I like what I have, but every now and then I would like a little bit more. Even if I had the money, (which I don't because I am a college student with loans to pay off), I would never consider going under the knife just to go up 1 cup size. So that's been my dilemma. I found out about curvybust cream when I was flipping through (Yahoo Answers). To be honest with you, I'm not the type of girl who would consider spending money on a cream that promises to increase breast size. It just seems like an impossible thing to claim. But there were three reasons that I decided to go for it: 1) I contacted them via their website because I had a question about the cream being OK for sensitive skin (which it is, because it is made of natural botanical ingredients.) 2) I was really impressed by their customer service and willingness to explain everything to me. 3) They offered me a free 12 day supply with no obligation, (I just had to pay the shipping costs- I wasn't too thrilled with that but it was still worth it to get the free product). Well, it's actually working! There is a noticeable difference in the size of my breasts! It's only been 10 days, and they say that the true final results won't appear until about the 4-6 month time frame, but based on what I can see, (and what my boyfriend can feel) there's definitely a difference. My breasts are standing out more, and they are fuller and rounder. Sometimes I am able to go out without a bra, now I can't. And I have a feeling that I might have to actually buy new bras if the growth continues. I'm looking forward to seeing how the next month goes. There might actually be a size B in my future! Woohoo!

People like your neighbors give Rottweilers a bad reputation. These are dogs made for people with the intent, time and love to train them, not t let them lose.
In your case, I would first try to address this to your neighbors. NO DOG independently of breed should be lose like that especially two.
1) Find and alternate route temporarily until the problem is solved.
2) If push comes to shove, then call animal services and have them advert the neighbors to keep their dogs leashed or at least muzzled from now on.
I find their behaviour truly irresponsible...

Are you in a township or city? If so there are leash laws so the dogs need to be confined to a proper containment system in their own yard. If they are not then you need to call your local authorities and let them know that there are dogs running at large that you feel are a threat to you. Why would they 'attack' you? Are you threatening them or anything? Dogs tend to bark at passerbyers as a sort of bluff call -- if they make you jump or cringe, they tend to like it :) If they are indeed vicious dogs and attack you, you will likely survive but with extensive injuries but I still am not understanding why they are threatening you. What do you mean 'almost mauled' -- either they DID maul you or they didn't -- had they wanted to, I assure you there would be no 'almost' about it. Maybe you need to rationally and maturely discuss this with the neighbor and see what you can come up with to remedy the problem.

I would call animal control. Most places have a leash law and the owners will be cited for not having their animals on leashes. It is your right to walk outside and not have to worry about being hurt by someone else's dogs.

Carry Mace or Pepper Spray with you if you really feel you are in danger from the dogs. It will thwart an attack and will not permanently injure the dogs. However, before you are attacked, have you called the local police department or animal control to ask about the situation? Maybe there is somthing that can be done BEFORE they maul somebody. -Neb

First off report the problem. I love dogs too and would hate to report them, but I would hate it even more if the two dogs mauled and killed a couple of children, or disfigured them for life. You look like a big guy and probably know not to run or to stare at them but a couple of kids might not be so lucky. REPORT them and tell yourself that you are possibly saving the lives of others.

How were you "almost mauled?" If the dogs wanted to get you, they would.
If the dogs really wanted to kill you, they could, and your chance of survival would be low, and chance of not being mangled zero.
If these dogs are loose and you feel they are a threat, call your local animal control. Thats what they're there for.

Did you ever tell them in a strong, loud voice to STOP and STAY or maybe DOWN???? Usually verbal command will work, if not, call your animal control if they are let to run loose.

You sound like you are waiting or hoping for this! Do you antagonize the dogs, leave them alone go another way. If you love animals you would work with them not against them.
