If you use the F word you are violating, in which language can we speak to look angry! If I say, that is totally wrong or I totally disagree with you, does it show any anger..bleh, one can't express himself freely anymore...LOL.

What other word can substitute the F word? I appreciate your suggestions.

How about write NOTHING.
My kids sometimes read things on here and when there is foul language it is kind of to tip toe around them.
How about Refraining from the language. Believe me I know how frustrating things get and you just want to say, " BAD WORDS". Just say the word, " bad word, bad word, bad word".
You should have seen me the other day. I dropped something on my toe and I was jumping up and down, screaming this " BAD WORDS BAD WORDS BAD WORDS BAD WORDS!!!!" over and over again. Did I look like an idiot? YES!! Did I say anything that my kids would be ashamed of me for using? NO!

or is you must, do this:
^*&$$(^(*&()&@(&_&(@^
Self Explanatory!

People can readily express their anger in English without using French words. The question really is "Should you express your frustration and anger in your answers"....

Obviously we all do.. but some people seem to be exceptionally graceful at it. I think that talent is developed through awareness, cultural and family traits, experience and to some extent education.

What chance has a bum like me got. Fu*k it!

As far as I know... expressing your anger or disagreement over a question is not what the yahooligans had in mind when they started the forum. It's simply "ask question" "answer question".
HOWEVER
Although I admit many things on this forum cause me to feel anger, I generally refrain from swearing.
I've told my kids.... "truly intelligent people have no need use profanity when discussing their thoughts or feelings".
.... my girls never swear.... my oldest son - 18 - never swears around us or around other adults (but I'm sure he does with his friends - to "be cool").

blessings :)

If you have to use profanity to make your point, you could probably use a language course. There are plenty of ways to express anger without using profanity. My mother used to say that someone who has to substitute profanity for 'real' words must not have a large enough vocabulary to form their thoughts without them.
That being said, I am a fan of 'frick'.

I'm thankful for all these little conversations. You just start your rage and I'll drop in after I finish washing your shirts, ironing your pants and cooking you a seven course meal.

Nothing can beat plain old sarcasm. I use the "slow burn" of sarcasm to get my point across, and quite effectively, no expletives required.
