A healthy community to me is where most know each other and look out for each other, you know your neighbour kids and they know yours, if a stranger is in the area everybody knows it, if a strange car drives thru, someone will notice and keep an eye on it, People canbe trusted to check on your house while you are on vacation, thats another good sign of a good community. And its a place where there is no violence, if a problem arises everybody sits down and talks it out, no secrets.
