how to put outdoor lights?

Do I need to buy staple/nail gun for putting outdoor lights?

Use clips or those 3M hooks. Staples will more than likely void any warranty if you have vinyl siding. Both should be available where you buy Christmas lights.

You can get plastic hanging clips that will let you put them on your gutters. There are other clips that fit on vinyl siding. These are all available wherever you buy your lights.

You can buy special hooks at your hardware store.
