Religion might do it. But Jesus asks us to let Him to be in control so that we can have a greater intimacy with him. And through that intimacy we can have all our relationships work the way God intended to enjoy

No it does not. In fact it is quite the opposite. We become closer to God through the act of intimacy more than any other act. We are using a sacred power that can create human life. What is more religious than that?

I can most definitely get the in the way, especially when there is a difference in belief systems. It can be something that can totally destroy the intimacy, when you have "rules for one and not the other".

Woman holds the power of love, man that worships a male God will never know love, and thus will never know the Goddess. My path isn't about beliefs but of truth that can be experienced. I know the love of woman and it transcends beliefs. Everything that is seen and felt is the serpent power of the Goddess, very power-full and liberating it jolts, flows, and radiates throughout eternity. So few know this power, asleep and blinded by the male God, Wisdom gives this Kundalini to woman to pass into men to wake them from their sleep. Few woman know their Goddess-ship they are asleep also, these teachings of serpent power have been hidden by religions because of greed. The Angels in some far off Heaven sing sterile songs to a blind God. Man and Woman are here now as is love. : )
