Thank God it's about time that the government started following the law. Illegal means illegal and they have no rights period. This was upheld by a Federal Judge who tossed their vile claim to rights in the US> I can't belive the unmitigated gall of these illegals; they dare demand RIGHTS here in the US after they have brought their crime waves to the US!

Illegals violently kill 25 Americans every day and 7 of 10 of the FBI's most wanted are illegal aliens:

Finally it seems that the "legal" "profession" is starting to get that if they keep violating the will of the people that we are going to rise up and sweep them from office and

The illegals and their supporters are protesting the law because it denies the illegals rights that they are not supposed to have anyway. I am glad the challenge was tossed, maybe American has woken up and realized that the illegals and their supporters are trying to create a world where they the illegal get to decide which laws and rights they can pick and choose from, and of course hand us the bill for their wants and needs.

Keep in mind that there is a court called the Ninth District Court. It is in San Franciso, CA, and if that same case had gone in front of the Ninth District Court, the law would have been tossed.

Write your Congress Person... tell them to enforce the Immigration Law. Write your State Reps... tell them to enforce the Immigration Law. We could lose this whole business if we don't keep working until we get a President that wants to enforce those bloody damned laws. And no... President Bush refused to do so in several cases.

There are too many judges trying to interpret and second guess immigration laws. Congress needs to update those laws and make it clear where the country stands on illegals.

Common sense in the courts.
This is a good thing.

Illegals should be treated like the illegals are in Mexico.
No public aid just a quick trip back over the boarder.

I was actually surprised when I heard this. I am often up in the state of Wa. on business, and I have family that live there as well. Wa. is a VERY liberal state. That judge really has my respect for doing his/her job. Good news!!!
