History books come with sources. Columbus existed is a fact, he came here is a FACT! Columbus was not that long ago compared to the world's age. I am pretty sure Jesus existed, weather he has anything to do with God is what I am not sure about.

The pure Fact that as you state they are thousands of years old and have still survived into the present day despite countless attacks on their destruction time and time again suggests something.
also yes columbus existed fairly recently and discovered the earth was not flat the thousands of years old scriptures state that the earth was round

There is proof If you believe In Jesus.
If your a believer you just see things that non believers don't see.
God got it right the first time so it doesn't matter how old it is.
It doesn't contradict its self If you believe , God will let you understand .
It says that in the Bible .

The scriptures were left for us then as they are now - if one follows the readings daily, they will see that much of what is happening is scriptures is happening in our own personal life, church and world. This is why it is referred to as the Living Word, or Word Among Us. Does Scripture really contradict itself or are you referring to 2 separate interpretations by man and not truly rooted in divine inspiration.....?
