I payed for a item (hockey rookie card) on Nov.17, the person said they shipped it out on the 19th. I bought the item from a guy in thunder bay canada, and I live right near philadelphia. Is there a delay with customs or something? because i usually receive anything I buy within 7/8 days. Thanks

Canada might be our neighbor to the north, but they're still their own country. Anything coming here internationally by mail has to clear Customs, and mail service is stuffed full of gift packages - adding further delay. Plus, you're in Philadelphia, a city for which Canadians have a deep-seated hatred. Okay, I'm making that last bit up! =) You'll just need to be patient a couple more weeks as suggested.

Things crossing the border can take 2-3 weeks at the best of times if customs decides to be a pain. I send stuff to friends down there all the time.

At Christmas time it can be a lot worse. Just be patient and give it minimum 19 days before worrying.

Give it a total of 14 days (from the 19th), and if it isn't in your mailbox by then, go back to eBay and the seller and investigate. Keep in mind it's the Christmas mailing season, and things generally are a bit slower.
