Hang in there! Feelings come & go like clouds. You need to try something different!
Here are some good ideas:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.
8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.
Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA.
7. Buy or borrow this book by Bill Pearl called GETTING STRONGER.
In the book, he describes everything you need for a great fitness plan.
8. Compare your fitness scores to other people by clicking on the President’s Challenge Brochure link here: http://www.presidentschallenge.org/misc/downloads.aspx
Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative.
9. Do something for someone else who needs help.
10. If the above suggestions don't improve your mental health, talk with your therapist about the possibility of taking some medication.
Take care of yourself

No. Do not do it. Strangers here cannot help you. If you really think it's a risk, tell an adult that you trust. 13 is one of the worst ages; you can hit euphoria and then rock bottom in hours. Consider the people you love how much THEY would hurt for the rest of the their lives. There are several national suicide hotlines with people trained to help you with this. Most local hospitals have something like it, too. Try opening up just a little to somebody. You're trapped inside your own head, and you need to try to break that cycle.

If you kill your body, you will still BE YOU.... don't believe the voices, ideas, thoughts, feelings that try to see you on the idea that death is an end to WHO you are, it is NOT an end.
Not every thought you have is FROM YOU.....
Trust the LOVE based thoughts and voices, not the negative Fear based ones.
Learn the Lord's prayer and just repeat it to yourself.... silently or out-loud, to cancel out the negative.
Negative stuff cannot kill you...... YOU are in control of YOU.
God IS Love... it is impossible for you not to BE LOVED, but free will allows you to believe whatever you choose to believe, that is why faith that you are loved is important.
Give your body enough water... the brain functions better well hydrated.
Pay attention to what you are eating..... Food also effects how your body feels.
Get some exercise, burn off the stress.... taking a walk is a start.
FYI - Negative stuff cannot hear your thoughts, only God can. But negative stuff can put thoughts in your head..... YOU have total control over WHO you are and WHAT you react too or not.
"Demons be gone in Christ's name"..... say it out-loud.... negative stuff has to leave you. If the feelings return, say it out-loud again.
Research spiritual warfare. You are loved, you have authority thru Christ to be free of negative thoughts & voices.
(Is not about religion.)
The body is WHAT you are IN, not WHO you are..... treasure it, it is a blessing for you to enjoy.
Blessings.

I am a schizophrenic paranoid. I have during my life experienced loud unwanted "voices" in my mid telling me (in answer to a fervent prayer to God asking, "What should I do?") to KILL YOURSELF! I talked back to them with all the volume of my little thought voice that I could muster saying loudly NO! It seemed to me there were other "voices" in my mind answering along with me, NO!, too. That put me in the hospital where I got medications and therapy that eased the situation. I was terrified because that was someone or something answering as God who didn't want me to live but the fact there were other kinder voices saying no to the angry command that answered for God. made me realize I had friends "in high places."
I didn't kill myself but went on to recover and live a fairly normal life with medications and the TLC of my family and the medical community. Do not give in to the voices but seek help and realize that such voices, whatever they are, are cowards because they have to sneak into your mind with negative commands and advice. Don't give them the satisfaction of doing the dastardly deeds they want you to.

Go to the emergency room. They will have a social worker or doctor assess you and help you decide what to do.. Having a voice tell you to kill yourself is a life threatening emergency.

Don't listen. What's so difficult about that? You don't have to believe what you hear.
