I don't mean relieve a sore throat. I don't mean getting rid of it completely for 5 minutes. How can you completely 100% get rid of it permanently?

It takes time for the bacteria to die my friend. The quickest way to get rid of it is with antibiotics. Even then you must wait for all of the bacteria to die.

Gargle with a little salt and lemon juice in a few inches of water then when you go to bed put a wet flannel over your neck ( I personaaly have it as hot as I can stand) not sure if the temperature of the water makes a difference.
You should find that the flannel is almost dry in the morning and hopefully no dryness or soreness in the throat.

If the sore throat is viral in origin, only time will make it go away. If it is bacterial in origin (e.g., strep throat), you need antibiotics. Other than that, all you can do is relieve the symptoms until it's gone.

You can't. This is impossible until you have gotten rid of the virus that is causing it and only time will do that.

Get rid of it? Im not sure. Take alot of vitimin c, and losenges can help. sorry, thats the best i can do.

time -it will heal on its own. most viral illness last 3-21 days. treat your symptoms and relax.
