Are you kidding? I'd have to restrain myself from hugging too hard and hurting you or maybe you'd have to call security to say "Help! This madman won't let go!"

Maybe not as much, if you count each pair of parentheses as a single hug. But the people I've come to know and love on here would indeed find me hugging them if we met in person. I suspect the meet-up in Washington, DC last evening was a real hug-fest. In fact, I'm sure of it, because the number one teddy bear (aka Richard) was there.

Girls like to hug. I hug my brothers when they are leaving after a visit because sometimes we only see each other twice per year. Other than that, I don't generally hug people and I don't end my comments or emails with hug parentheses. I hug my cat every day, however.

Yes. I'm a very huggy person (with people I know). With strangers, not so much. I get a creepy, stomach-churning feeling when strangers touch me too much, but with friends and people I know (even if I've only known them online), hugging is a-OK.

right this is Piaget's (well-liked psychologist) dialectic: he theory-approximately gaining awareness of as being the interplay of matters with products. once you talk with regard to the international, you do no longer talk with regard to the international. You talk approximately your dating in the direction of that international (it is Piaget's dialectic). extra advantageous nevertheless, the belief is reflexive: as quickly as I talk approximately you talking with regard to the international, I talk approximately my dating in the direction of you who talk with regard to the international. If i could desire to make it even crazier, i'm able to borrow an theory from Freitag. Language is a type of history following which each and everything is clever... in an somewhat elementary experience, my theory relies upon my interpretation of the international (because of the fact my existence is symbolically mediated, my experience of the international is definite by using the limitations of the symbols i take advantage of to symbolize that individual same international to me). And that concept is often reflexively utilized because of the fact i could desire to apply symbols to describe the above. EDIT Is each and everything arguable. confident -- and sarcastically, even this answer is.

Honestly, I suspect not. It is much easier to type *hugs* than it is to actually go up and hug someone.
