I agree with the Beer people, but I'll get even more specific. Blue Moon Ale is the best. Most wheat (weizzen) beers are good with hot wings too, as are good Belgian Ales. If you are looking to have a way to numb the pain of a very hot sauce, try a slice of pineapple.

The only drink that is good to make your mouth not so hot, is milk. But what would I suggest to go with it? PEPSI!!! Pepsi (or beer) and hot wings. Hell ya :D
