Barely. There is an alcohol content, it is made from the ingredients beer is made from, but it is not tasty. Yes, it's beer. The 15 year olds at your school drink them because they are cheap.

No. It and Old Milwaukee are targets. We use them when go shooting. The wind can't blow over a full can of beer and you get a nice burst when they are hit.
