My 4 year old Yellow Naped Amazon parrot named Pirate, knows a lot of phrases and words. He says his name, blows kisses, barks like a dog, meows like a kitty, has an evil laugh, says hello and bye-bye, Xbox, "Polly wanna cracker?" ,he also says "step up" and "step down". He is learning more words. He also loves to watch Animal Planet...he learns more animal noises from there, too.

hello. i love you. what's up? how are you? those are what my neighbors parrot learned first. and really quickly, just keep on repeating it over and over to him/her and he/her will learn it quickly.

i bird learned its name and how to make kissing noises. it depends what you say the most around the bird
