Make the smallest crumbs you can and mix them with egg that has been beated with fresh finely crush garlic and salt. Make sure that the amount of crumbs are far more than the egg. In other words the bread crumbs should just be lightly coated with egg. Coat each cheese stick in the bread-egg mixture. As you coat a single cheese stick add it to a hot pan of vegetable oil (pre-heated medium). Try to make sure that at least half of the cheese stick is drenched in hot oil (preferably you would have enough oil to completely submerge the cheese stick). Note: turn the cheese sticks over as needed to ensure they are evenly cooked.

you have to deep fry the sticks to get the desired result your looking for. If you use a pan make sure you have enough oil to completely cover them. You can also search online for "Mozerella Stick Recipes" and you can come up with 1000's. Just choose the one thats right for you.

You need the seasoning.....I use a little salt and pepper and than even add some Italian seasoning to it.

Just add the seasonings to the breadcrumbs, and roll the mozerealla sticks in it...and than fry them.

Beat a couple of eggs, dip your cheese sticks in the egg, then in the bread crumbs, and fry in hot oil until brown. Easy!

I would season the bread crumbs and add some grated parmesan cheese to it, then roll your cheesies in it and bake at probably 400 until crisp.Got the marinara sauce too?

To make the bread crumbs stick best, roll the cheese in egg or milk first, then in the bread. Then fry in oil.

Google "breadcrumb coating".

It usually involves some beaten egg, possibly some flour.
