No. Hair can become lodged under the skin (hair splinter) & cause an infection but it can't attach itself & start growing.

Nope. Hair is actually dead cells (you don't feel it when it's cut, do you?) This is why split ends or broken nails don't heal themselves, like split skin does. The living part is the follicle in your scalp, like the cuticle is for your nails; these cells produce the proteins that make up your hair and nails. If you wanted to transplant hair somewhere else, you'd need to transplant plugs of skin with the working hair follicles, not the hair itself.

Bald people would have it a lot easier getting hair transplants if this were true.....

positioned on hats. They stretch out your hair if its wavy, not asserting this could make it develop speedier yet have damp hair and slowly place a hat on it for like 30 minutes to an hour. the take it off slowly, then brush and your hair could be flatter.

yes it can.

Thats why hairdressers have to wear full shoes, not open toe. Hairs can get lodged under the nails and start growning.... and also in nipples
