to answer your question, amanitas are FUN. and many many many many things are poison and can be overdosed o. just dont be stupid and do your research. heres a link that helped me out when i was experimenting with amanitas

The trouble with mushrooms of any kind, (and Amanitas are particularly notorious for this) is that the active compunds can be very variable from 'plant' to 'plant'. You may pick one mushroom that doesn't kill you, but another one nearby of the same kind (and very possibly from the same fungus) might put you right under. Mushrooms of the potentially dangerous varieties (especially the amanitas) are much better left alone. There are loads of safer ways to dose up if that's your intention (unless of course the unknown chance of a pretty unpleasant death turns you on).

DO NOT DO IT. An overdose will kill you. A standard dose can cause psychosis. IT IS A POISON. IT is not fun, it is incredibly stupid.
