Would you do it again?
Did the guy seem to like you more or less for doing so?

Yes, and we have been dating for about 2 months now. I think that he may even be "the one".

Yes, I would do it again (if I had to).

The guy was very happy that I made the first move because I had the courage to take the actions necessary to pursue my own happiness. Just think, if I hadn't had the courage and he didn't either, where would we be now? I doubt we would be together. But, also, keep in mind that he had been throwing me hints for weeks that he was interested. Each situation is different.

All I can say is to follow your heart. It may or may not have a good outcome but if you don't try, you'll never know!

At the worst you will learn from the experience. At the best you'll find yourself very happy.

Good luck!

Yes i have.... and it wasnt much of a difference:
we ended up going to the movie and had a great time. Even got a few lip locks!
I might do it again... but it would depend on the guy. If the guy was all "oh im in charge" then probably not. But if he was sweet and caring then yes I would.
When i asked he really didnt seem to care. He was like oh ya sure ofcourse ill go! He probably liked me more for having the courage to ask him out before he asked me out.

if you want to ask a guy on a date make sure you look good!! asking a guy out isn't something you have to do in person but don't make your friend do it for you! get his number and call him and just ask if you want to go to a movie. if he asks is it a date go ahead and say yes and if he doesn't let him in on what your doing and tell him its as a date. if a guy doesn't give a girl a chance then he is a jerk and you shouldn't want to be with a guy who says no to you anyway but he will probably say yes just keep your hopes up!!

Guys love it when a woman is strong enough to ask them herself. The outcome is they usually last together for a long time and/or get married. If they didn't get married they would do it again. The guys usually like u more for doing so.

I think its great when a girl ask a guy out for a date. If she does, however, she should do some research about the guys tastes in women. She may be in for a negative response if she doesn't.

I REALLY wish someone would ask me for once. I'd be so intrigued I would give most girls a chance. Just as long as she's not insane, or terribly ugly or something...

I was asked out in high school, but that's different. For some reason, girls don't have as big a problem approaching guys in high school

I asked only because we were coo and i knew he liked me and was trying to figure me out to see if i liked him so i did that to make it obvious. I don't know if it was a date cause i just invited him to go bowling with me and a couple of cousins. He said yeah, we hang out alot more than ever now.
