Tea is a good idea. Try adding some honey to it and make sure it's warm tea - that usually helps when I have a sore throat and can't talk. Keep yourself well hydrated and save your voice.

Keep drinking tea. Drink it hot though. It will really calm your throught. Try not to talk either. Keep your mouth shut, and use a pen and a piece of paper. Than nothing can happen to your voice.

guy, I even have been questioning an identical concern. talk a pair of considerable hollow in the storyline. the whole concern became right into a humorous tale. i presumed that it may be equivalent to Wrestlemania 23, with the fued culminating at Summerslam and Vince triumphing uncooked back. It became into purely brutal. What a waste of time. It became into purely stupid. It became into poorly planned and it didnt't make any experience in any respect. i became into questioning an identical concern whilst i became into observing it. the only rational end i could desire to arise with, or maybe it is stretching it, became into that even no longer ordinary Donald Trump became into the hot proprietor of uncooked, Vince nevertheless owned WWE as an entire, and hence he could could desire to undergo 3 of the losses uncooked incured. stupid i understand, yet it is the excellent i could desire to arise with.

best thing to do is keep your throaght warm and moist.... heating pad or blanket on your throat and ears, if your ears are cold, your throat may start to tighten.... drink warm things, coffee, tea, warm cider, hot cocoa, suck on hard candy's until you go on stage, try not to cough or clear your throat at all until then....
