**edited** Keep it at 350... With Artichoke & Spinach Dip all you need is for the cheeses to be melted, thick & bubbly... So just check on it every 5 minutes until thickened to your desire. Try to use a larger dish too or it will not be totally done in the center & over done on the outside.

I'd say to let it go for roughly 40 minutes and then begin checking on it every five minutes or so until you get the results that the recipe describes to you. If you've made the recipe before, you would also have some idea as to what the finished product should look like.

what kind of recipe??? it depends on how you are going to cook the stuff after making this huge amount.
cookies: the same amount of time
roast: 15 minutes per pound
cooking in the microwave is faster but you need to double the time for each doubling of the recipe they tell me. I never do tho.

It MIGHT take a little longer, just set the time for the original recipe then check it
if not yet done then check about every 10 minutes

ok times a recipe by four is puting 4x the ingreidents in ok. so if the recipe calls for 1 cup of sour cream you put 4 cups in or 1/2 cup of cream cheese you would put two cups it has nothing to do with the oven temp or the time it cooks. its about multiplication. 1x 1 cup of cream but if you wanted to feed more people its 4x cups of sour cream or or 250 mls become a litre.

Depends on the recipe!! But it won't be times four!
I assume you're cooking in the oven, so something like lasagne or a casserole would just be doubled, roughly. Can't you give us some more hints? Jo

If you are baking the fact that you are increasing the recipe would not change the time. If you are making something with meat you would want to use a meat thermometer to check to see when it is done.

you may have to keep checking it, if it is prime rib or turkey or any meat roast, you need to cook it at the same temp for 12 minutes per lb!!!
