Generally autistic children have something special that they excel at. Find out what her interest is and go do that! Most like to draw or color and make up stories or even read stories! :-)

Make sure you ask her mom before you put makeup on her. She may disapprove, and being autistic, your cousin may be upset by people touching her face. Are you babysitting at her house or yours? If you are going to her house, I'm sure she has video games or movies that she likes, let her pick. If you are going to be at your house, you could bake some cookies, play a board game, watch cartoons, go for a walk (if it's warm enough) or draw.

When I babysit girls that age and my sister we:
Jump on the trampoline
Color
Play hide and seek
Play tag
Play sisters and house
Read together
Tell each other stories
Talk about anything
Swim
Play sports
Make-up
Act out scenes in plays
Play dress-up

etc.

Have fun!!!

color pictures, play dress-up, play board games or card games, teach her cats cradle, play in the snow (if you have any), bake cookies and decorate them, help her make Christmas cards for friends and family...little girls aren't hard to entertain. I'm sure you'll do just fine. And have fun yourself!
