I think it's called floaters. But I got my eyes dialated few days ago. And I been seeing these small moving particles everywhere especially I can see it on the wall since I got my eyes dialated. Do you think it should go away?

Yes, they're called floaters. You probably just never noticed them before you had your eyes dialated. Then, when you had them dialated, you noticed any and everything, because it's a strange feeling.

Floaters are normal and have been with you since birth. Basically, they're particles that have broken down around your eye (that protected your eyes before birth) that stay there and..."float." They won't hurt your vision and are barely noticeable most of the time.

Having your eyes dilated does not cause floaters and it may be a coincidence that you started to see them. It will take a week or so for your brain to get used to the floaters afterwhich you won't even notice them.
