Is the problem UTI?

This past Tuesday and Wednesday I had terrible headaches and felt nauseated when standing. But that went away. Ever since then Iv'e noticed dark urine and the first time it gave off a strong odor. Today was the first time that when i had the urge to urinate, i couldn't and it would only come out in short amounts.

You better get to a doctor very soon. Sounds like you have some major kidney issues and that is nothing to fool around with at all.

In the meantime, drink lots of pure water at room temp., stay away from junk foods, sodas, alcohol and limit your food intake to non-spicy things.
