Christian metal bands (and Christian music in general) stinks. You can still listen to the bands you just mentioned and be Christian. After all, Christian bands are only a poor imitation of the real deal.

I like that you are listening to the Holy spirit! No, not everyone is convicted about listening to secular music, though. Try Underoath, Demon Hunter, Project 86, Lament, Precious Death, Deliverence, Eternal Decision, or Tournique.

I don't listen to either of those, but here's a couple Christian metal bands: Demon Hunter and Blindside.

Why do you want to listen to Christian rock? It's always dreadful. Just listen to regular rock bands and be a Christian. You don't have to do both at the same time.
