for the first 24 hours your pup may be lazy and sore in the spot of the vaccine. Anything else get in touch with your vet.
I don't know about all htese saying not to vaccinate until 8 weeks or older I have been vaccinating at 6 weeks by vet recommondation for many years.

Six weeks is too young for a puppy to have any shots (or be away from its mother), the maternal antibodies with cancel out the viri that you are vaccinating against.

edit:
A study of a cross section of different puppies showed that the age at which they were able to respond to a vaccine and develop protection (become immunized) covered a wide period of time. At six weeks of age, 25% of the puppies could be immunized. At 9 weeks of age, 40% of the puppies were able to respond to the vaccine. The number increased to 60% by 16 weeks of age, and by 18 weeks, 95% of the puppies could be immunized. --http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?cls=2&cat=1648&articleid=960

Interference by maternal antibodies is regarded as a major cause of vaccination failure in young dogs--http://www.vin.com/proceedings/Proceedings.plx?CID=WSAVA2002&PID=2618

A dog should have its first shot at 8 weeks and then second at 10 wekks or first at 10 weeks then second at12 weeks. You shouldnt let your puppy out until it has had both shots other wise it could cause serious health problems espcial given that puppies eat all kinds of things !

watch for excess drooling, confusion, diarrhea... your vet should have given you a possible side effect watch list...
Most likely your little man will just be really sleepy...
