It could be a cold, or sinus infection or something much worse like Distemper. It could also be allergies. Only the vet can let you know for sure.

Take her to the vet. Sometimes cats get respiratory infections that are very contagious.

my dog snorts and snores its just a nostril thing, but she has been that way all her life.
check to see if her nose is wet that could be a sign
