You need to look on the back of the PS3 game case and look in the area where it tells you the Video Output for the game, and the number of players. In that area it should say: PSN compatible, and Online:Ethernet Broadband required.
I haven't seen a symbol on the game that indicates that it's an online game.

When u buy the game in the back where it tells u if it is 1-2 player, it will also say if it can be played in the internet. You can also look at the booklet inside, there is usually a section about it

on the back of the box at the bottom it should say online play. or go to the playstation website.
