I really like several kinds of tuna helper but am having a difficult time coming up with any good ideas for side dishes.

My choice would be cole slaw--or peas--if there are no peas in the tuna helper--(or I might even put peas in the tuna helper) Just me. You might add a fruit cup--mixed fruit or any fruit. Pickled beets sounds good with it. I sometimes get a cook book down and leaf through for ideas also.

make a salad with lettuce, onions, green peppers, radishes, mushrooms or just a garden salad. THEN serve fresh hot muffins, like blueberry, strawberry, lemon poppy seed or apple cinnamon. makes a great meal complete.

A nice salad, crusty french bread & fried bananas in chocolate sauce with whipped cream & nuts for dessert.

You can use use canned Salmon instead of tuna. It tastes better...
