theres 8 fl oz in a cup
Two Tablespoons equal 1 fluid oz
a 1/3 of 8 oz is 2.4 oz
5 Tablespoons and 1 teaspoon of Butter

Next time get out proper measuring spoons that you would use for baking, and measure it so that it's absolutely flat to the top of the spoon and not a hair over. Once you've done this a few times you get used to what a table spoon looks like. But it's absolutely worth checking. Many people are confused why they're not losing weight when they're eating healthy foods when it often turns out they've been over estimating portion sizes by 30% or more.
