I've recently had about 700 dollars of valuables stolen from my PE locker at school, and i am desperate to find out who's been doing it. Should i install a camera inside the locker, or what?

Also, i forgot to mention that i do lock it properly, but around 2/5 of the lockers in our school are broken (they close but somehow you can still pry them open) so don't tell me to lock my locker. Our school in the top 100 high schools in California and our lockers are 2 years old, so this should not be happening.

Put a tape recorder hidden in your locker it will detect his voice and you might recognize his or her voice and tell the principal what he or she is doing and they might get in trouble. And get a new lock for your locker, i would reccomend buying a dudley because the locks are really high quality. Talk to your principal and they will investigate and also tell them where your locker is and the school cameras will catch the person on tape.

First of all, have you talked to an authority at school about this? That would be the first step, because it is important that they know what's going on. They could also assign you a different locker and lock to try to stop this from happening again.

Second of all, what in the world was 700 dollars worth of stuff doing in your PE locker in the first place?? From now on, just keep your gym uniform, gym shoes, towel- only the stuff you actually need- in there and the problem should be solved.

If you install a camera in your locker it will just make you spend more money and they can also just steal the camera, what you need to do is ask your teacher if you can stay back for a while and and put anything valuable in your locker then wait for whoever is doing it and catch him!

This happen to me before I skipped my PE class and waited for him! I caught him, then i went to the nurse to get a pass and I didnt get in trouble!

Do you have a lock on your pe locker?
I would tell the prinipal & why would you have 700 dollars of stuff. I would leave those at home.

If its the school lock to lock your pe locker. It could have been someone elses for the past years & they probably remmeber the combo so they can geet into it. I would change my lock.

Firstly try not to keep valuables in your locker (I know, we've all made that mistake--it really sucks). Report it to your teachers, and file a police report. If you think the person might come back, do booby-trap it.
Stick a bag full of live wasps in there or something.
I wouldn't recommend a camera--they're expensive and it might get stolen too!

WHY are you keeping $700 worth of valuables at school?!?

You should be reporting it, and stop putting valuables in your locker.

You can put a bunch of metal stuff in it. Like, pieces of a 50-gallon barrel. Then when he opens your locker, everything will come clanging out and you will know who's doing it. And some of 'em might hurt him. That's always a nice bonus. Booby-trap your locker, dude. It'll work.

That person would steal the camera too...Can you hid it somewhere else out of sight?
You need to empty your locker and boobytrap it so something blows up and splatters him with paint or something so you'll recognize him like those ink bombs the banks put in stolen money

leave your crap at home! who brings that much stuff to school? leave your expensive stuff at home, and no one will touch your stuff. you install a camera (impossible anyway), and it'll be stolen too. put a damn lock on the locker.

Do not put anything valuable in your locker then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
