Charming means to be interested (GENUINELY - you can't fake it!) in the girl and her view of the world, and always to consider how what you say will affect the other person.
Boys are often quite shockingly bad at this last point, probably because their communication with each other is based on scoring points...
Sweet - that's a dangerous one! It suggests allowing just a hint of vulnerability out, without being either drippy or hard.
To be honest, both of these come as a result of some serious self-awareness, which takes work. If you try to add it as a layer, as a girl-puller, you'll soon be found out!

Charming is about how you handle what life hands you, with aplomb and humor. Talk less, smile more, show humility and joke when you can.
Sweet would be the way he treats others, with courtesy and decency. Extra points for being humble, not a braggart. How he's interested in others and empathetic when he needs to be, not only interested in himself or you. How he acts and reacts thoughtfully and kindly when provoked, instead of arguing or fighting.
I look at the way he treats his mom and his sister (really important, these are the women he is supposed to love). Tells how he will treat other women he cares about. I look at how he treats the neighbors, does he fight with them, or is he the nice guy that mows the lawn for them once in a while or puts their trashcans back by their house after garbage pickup. I look at how he treats the waitress in the restaurant. Is he condescending (shows me he feels inferior and insecure) and has bad manners. Has no respect for a hard working person who can spit in his food if he p-s them off. Does he deliberately cut off other drivers and confront them (shows he's a hot tempered jerk with no thought to consequence).

girls expect boyz to atleast ask them about they're day, or get them something, if a special holiday comes, or if its their birthday. get them chocolate or sumthing like that, you'll totally get a kiss

and um....when u wanna ask a girl out, look directly into her eyes, compliment it, and then ask her. wait, first, hold her hands and rub them gently. then ask her.
and if you just want kissez from her, sweet talk. (i hope you dont use the really old ones tho) or just play around with her if shes in a good mood, and is you get her mad, then say your sorry, untill u think its enouhg...wait...no, keep on saying sorry, the way you want her to say sorry is she breaks up with you and then wants to be baq together with you. also, touch her cheeqs oten, and always (i repaet always) compliment her!!!!!!!
and if someone bothers her, or some other boyz try to get her, start telling them to baq of her, and shes urs = if u guys are bf and gf.
etc.....

be yourself, Be honest, be trustworthy, and if it seem that something is bothering her, ask her about it. Just be sensitive to her feelings and be sure to use CLEAR communication. Do special little things for her that make her smile, like pick her a flower ( can't really do that right now) bring her candy ( preferablly chocolate) just ask her how on earth she got so cute. lol. sweet little things like that will make her heart flip and flutter

we definitely know when it is sincere or for sex.
so don't even try to force yourself, it must be natural.
don't over do it either. flowers, no more than once a month. it needs to be random and not a routine.
just be yourself. smile, eye contact is a must. be a good listener. girls LOVE to tell you stories. be alert and giggle, or add a bit of input here and there so she knows you are paying attention and care.

Well I think a guy is charming and sweet if he will open the door for me, smiles sweetly, "sweet talks" me, will do favors for me, etc.
