children that age go through stages, which is why you need to feed her good nutrition. try giving her just fruits, ex: bananas, apples, etc. then give her some toast, or other kind of bread. also, experiment. children like to eat food that looks fun, so why not put a smily face on her pancakes, or arrange the fruit in a design. these are just a few suggestions. children like variety

The only things my 15-month old will eat in the mornings right now are applesauce, unsalted saltines, and Gerber Oatmeal Raisin Granola. He goes through phases where he wants other things, for example last month I could only get him to eat canned pumpkin (yes, for breakfast.) It's just her developing appetite, and don't worry about it, she's sure to get sick of that soon and crave something else. As long as she's drinking plently of milk and gaining weight I wouldn't worry about it, it's a very healthy combo you've got there. Just try to get her to eat at least some grain (even if it's the form of crackers) during the day to help absorb excess water to prevent loose stools.
Other smoothie ideas can be:
peach/blueberry
bananna/peach
pear/apple/bananna
You should avoid citrus, the acid can be too much for little tummies.

A smoothie is fine. Don't make a big deal out of what she will/will not eat because that is the start of eating disorders. Do not make eating into a battle of wills or force her to eat. As long as she is gaining weight and is healthy, a skipped meal now and then will not hurt her BUT forcing her to eat will hurt her in the long run.
In fact, don't even discuss her eating habits in front of her. It needs to be a very neutral subject.
This is a smoothie I make for breakfast sometimes:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup soy milk (you can use regular milk too)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 banana, broken into chunks
14 frozen strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
put all ingredients together in blender, mix and drink
My kids love it too!

A smoothie is fine, and can be very healthy if you don't add extra junk to it. Here's one my son loves: put 1 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter and a sliced, ripe banana (preferably frozen, but unfrozen works fine) in the blender or smoothie maker until there are no lumps. From that alone, she gets protein, fruit and dairy - that's pretty good. If you can get a piece of whole - wheat toast or some wheat crackers into her, she'll have a healthy, balanced meal. As long as my son eats a wholesome breakfast, I really don't care what he has. We have had whole - wheat spaghetti and meatballs for breakfast in the past. As long as they're getting the vitamins they need, don't worry about it.

kids go through phases, giving her a smoothie for breakfast is fine. In a few days offer her something else again. She might adventually get bored with having a smoothie and want something else.

The smoothies are fine, if she will eat them and is gaining weight and healthy, it is fine.
SMOOTHIE IDEAS:
her fave fruits together
cereal/yogurt/strawberries
milk/yogurt/bananas
Just use these things: milk, yogurt, and her fave fruits.
Also, as for normla food, make the food fun. Do poodle pancakes (pancakes for the face/ears and choco chips/cool whip for the hair and eyes)

My son loves to help me make his very own waffle, depending on the size of your waffle maker measure the ammount for her to pour in and just guide her where to pour it at. my son eats all of it just because he made it & he's only 3. Although I'm sure the smootie is probably healthier than the waffle!
