Just state that you know you are not a top priority but that you wold like to have the option to move into this house when it becomes free due to the eviction in the near future............ Also state that you was in the process of doing a legal swap with this person and would still like to be considered for the property. Do you have any children?? as this would be more of a reason for you to be given a house over our current flat.

My brother would love that one because he is very femenist hes not camp but he hates how women are "supposed" to be doing the housework. when he came round he found me doing the housework he told me to stop and let dad do it. so my mum came in and shouted at him and said i was being paid and all.
