...I am well aware that there is a software instilled in some computers, and many PDA units, which takes one's personal handwriting, and converts it into standard-font text, for easier reading and storage; however, I would be most interested in finding out if there is a software, in which I can create my own personal font, using my handwritng style, or perhaps takes standard-font text, and out & out converts it into a font, bearing my personal handwriting style. I have kept a personal journal for nearly 35 years now (...virtually since grade school), and in the past several years, I had taken to make my journal entries on computer (...using standard fonts), rather than a book (...every once in a while, printing the pages, so I can retain a hard copy, for posterity); I would be most interested in creating my own personal font, so that the hard copy pages reflect my personal handwriting style...

Can anyone help????

Fontifier lets you use your own handwriting for the text you write on your computer.
It turns a scanned sample of your handwriting into a handwriting font that you can use in your word processor or graphics program, just like regular fonts such as Helvetica
