They have been dating for a few months, and we all go to school together. She is a junior though- a year younger than her boyfriend and I- so we have a lot of classes together and none with her. Well, we were friends before they officially started dating, and he is a cool guy, BUT ONLY AS A FRIEND. He flirts with me all the time! I don't know how to tell him to buzz off, because every time I do he says he is only playing around. He compliments me, smells my hair when I am not looking (we sit directly next to each other in two classes) and writes all over me. He will write things like 'jason is number one' on me when I am not paying attention. Once he wrote his name on my knee and said "I always knew I would get you on your knees some day."

I told him to back off, and even told his girlfriend to talk to her boyfriend about his flirting. She made excuses saying he is always like that and he is just being polite by being flirty.
How do I get this guy off my back without causing drama?

he did try to ask me out once before he started dating my friend, but I turned him down.

I do not enjoy the attention! I ask him to stop repeatedly! He just doesn't! I don't like him like that, and it makes my friendship with him and his girlfriend awkward. Please do not insult me when I am here asking for help.

That's good that you've told you're friend. Make sure she knows. Also, make sure the only time you're with this dude is when a lot of people around, like at school.
First I would say to not flirt back, I know its hard when you're trying not to make drama, but just kinda snub him when he hits on you. It's obvious he still likes you, so just make sure he knows that you have NO interest in going out with him. Hang out with his girlfriend a lot, that'll make him feel more awkward about hitting on you.
Also, if there is some guy you've been wanting to go out with (if you're single), go for it. That will really help you to be able to tell him no without causing drama.

The drama is already there. He has succeeded in getting you to talk with your friend about him. This guy may be looking to cause even more drama. Why? Who knows? But try to be as cool as possible. He may give up after awhile. I hope it works well for you in that you can still keep your two friends.

you just need to ask him how he feels about u...if he tells u he only likes u as a friend...then believe him if he tells u he likes u as more than a friend tell him that u totally dont like him back and only as a friend...dont tell him to buzz off if he is ure friend. and if his girl friend is ok with him fliring with u then just let him flirt with u.

tough...just keep telling him to buzz off. Or get a different guy? If you're "taken" he will probably leave you alone.
