Avoid processed foods. Eat well, get lots of rest, go for a walk. Practice your presentation. Imagine the worst that could happen and you will realize that is very unlikely to happen if you have done the above. Some anxiety is okay. It keeps you on your toes. If you are too relaxed, you may not take it seriously.

I'm not too sure about the underwear trick. If I were making a presentation and imagined the audience in their underwear, I'd probably break up laughing. But if it works for you, go for it!
Something else you can do is practice on your family and friends (if you can make them listen : ) ). And remember, you probably know more about that specific subject than any of the judges do, so you're doing them a favor by adding to their knowledge.
In any case, practice your introduction especially hard. A good introduction will let the audience know that you know your subject, so be sure you can give it smoothly, and the rest should follow easily.

Ok ever heard the term "Just pretend that there in there underwear?" do just that! pretend that the judges are in there underwear!
This will help because, if you picture that there in there underwear, if you mess up, you won't be nevouse, becasue there in there under wear. << Lol, that dosen't realy help you much, but this might
1) Practice, practice, practice - The better you know it, the better you will be!
2) Be prapeared. - a LONG time ago (lol) when I did a school project, that needed to be put and presented in the front of a class, i would get soooo much information, print it, put it on a piece of bristal board, and Ta-da!
3) Bananas, or anything bland - Apples, bananas, crackers, bread (Wheat), or just about ANYTHING with grain in it.
4) Just be the best you, that you can be!
Hope I helped!

Just remember that worrying won't do you any good. It is counterproductive and will only drag you down. Also, remember that while you are up there, you are the one in charge. You control the situation, and these so called "judges" are just normal people with the same fears and insecurities as anyone else.
Have fun with your presentation and remember that anything they say will only be opinion, not fact.

Your attitude towards those judging you is the key to your success. If you think they are superman then you would have the stage fright. But if you think they are just as human as you and most likely they themselves must have gone through your current task before, then treat them with respect with simple presentation for ease of understanding. Powerpoints are the best tool to lead to success. The common errors for powerpoints are too long winded. Short wordings with few graphics are normally the winners.

Relax, find a quiet corner, sit down and relax, think of the most pleasant thing that have happened, meditate a little, one to one with god, tell him your problems, then let him handle everything else. You did your best work, let him do the rest. Stage fright is natural, but think of everyone sitting there as your own family, and I am sure you wouldn't be scared to talk in front of them. Or think you are standing in front of a mirror, preparing your speech, all alone. GOOD LUCK! Tell me how you make out!
