Im kinda shy and don't really talk to boys that often. Last week my crush started talking to me online through bebo), we had never really talked to each other before. We had quite a good convo on line and he said he thought I was pretty and put xoxo when he had to go. The next day at school I wanted to talk to him again because I felt we had built a bit of a friendship. That didn't really happen though, every time we caught each other's eye we would look away right away, or else we would ignore each other altogether. By the end of the week I was trying smile at him as I walked by but it seemed so awkward. I find it weird because he is very popular and has had a few girlfriends, and he doesn't really strike me as a shy person......It's as though he's not interested in me anymore. I've tried commenting on his bebo again but everytime he sees Im onine he logs off...
Does anyone have an idea what he's thinking?....it's almost as if hes scared of me.

wow, he seems like a bit of a jerk if you ask me...i wouldn't waste my time with him if i were you...there are better people out there who don't treat other people like they don't matter... he was just being a flirt online, and the fact that he signs off everytime you get on should be a big hint that he doesn't want to talk...sorry hun

This kinda thing happened to me a few years ago.After I told her all that xoxo stuff I got kinda shyer and nervous looking her in the eyes again. Talk to him in person ask him hey wats up?Tell him he doesn't have to b shy around yo. Maybe he lkes you too much and is afriad youd say no to a date.Ask him if he wants to go out sometime.

Hmm...could be he was being a jerk and just wanted to see if he could get you to like him. ...build his self esteem up some more. I'm sure he tries for a variety of girls so he can emotionally fit this profile he seems to have.
OR
he could honestly like you and when it comes to that, everyone gets shy. But seeing as he logs off when you log in, that leans me more towards he got himself to think you could fall for him, so that's all he needed.
Don't feel like you're not worthy or good enough for him- that's not what I'm saying at all. It's just something I think young people do.

Was he really nice 2 u or told u things he might feel silly for? .. Maybe he doesnt no wot your thinking , or how to start talking face to face.

look maybe he jus took you as a time pass that time or maybe....u told he is popular are u popular??? if not then maybe he is scared that if he starts liking you then his friends may not approve of it....otherwise if u are as popular as he is then babes he is took u as a time pass when u had a convo

maybe hes just an idiot. dont try to flirt with him. if you two will start dating, he will make you miserable and will probably cheat on you. sorry sweetheart but dont take this chance of ruining the rest of your life and feelings. i know its hard to comprehend but you must try.
