If Psychics can 'talk' to the dead, then what about after-life or life after death ?

Question

Is there a time-gap b/wn one birth and the next ? If so, how many years ? How long do spirits take to get another life after death ? B'cos if the re-birth would have been immediate, then the Psychics would not have been able to 'converse' with them. If anybody out here in this Yahoo Q & A Forum can help me solve the mystery of this paranormal phenomenon, please do.

~ When we return back to spirit, communication is possible. Within spirit, the reality is as solid to them as ours is to us.

~ Time is a matter for us in the physical realm. Spirit do not have the same comprehension of time.

The time gap varies from energy to energy, if incarnation is going to occur it can take days to centuries.

You are confusing "psychic" with "medium". Some psychics have medium skills and can receive messages from beyond the veil of the physical/spirit world - but not all psychics can do this. For instance, I could read tarot cards for you and receive messages about the current and near past/future events of your life, but sorry, I cannot "talk" to your deceased great-grandmother.

Aside from that, I believe that once one passes on, the soul does need a respite before being reincarnated. What that time period is may differ for each soul. Some may not be reincarnated as they have learned all that they will in the physical world. For some, I think it is a choice where and when to be reincarnated. But these are just my theories from my experiences.

Psychics claim to talk not to the corporal dead but the spirit and I have watched Montel when renowned psychic, Sylvia Brown is on and she has very believable gift.

She has written books claiming to have seen the other side and is in communication with her spirit guide, which she tells us we all have.

I don't understand about her is if it is important and we all have one, why Jesus never taught us this, maybe He did and that was one of the passages that was faught over whether to leave in or take out of the scriptures, you know that the Bible is not complete, therefore many things may not have been revealed or translated for us.

And of course when a text is translated the meaning of it may be altered by simply adding a word, so it is with open mind and heart that you read the Bible, and for guidance on how to conduct oneself, moral values, such as do not judge anyone because you will be judged in the same manner yourself and so on, these are guidelines, Jesus came to show us how to live and have a happy life not concerning ourselves to sickness about this world but to live among this world but always knowing that our we have a better place to go too, but while we are here help as many as you can and don't be afraid to talk of the works of Jesus His teachings, if you gave money to a food bank, a poor homeless person you have done so to Jesus as well. there is no afterlife. that's it. Mediums are in ordinary terms slightly greater advantageous than the religious charlatans. they're the two giving human beings what they opt for: the thought those they love are actually not probable long previous, that they are going to see them lower back. As effective as that's to think of approximately, it is not genuine. Mediums are notably vile, preying upon the grief of gullible human beings.

They claim that there maybe a time lag where the spirit rests from living lives or goes to a spirit "school" or has to guide people on earth with their lives somehow (maybe because of a connection from a past life?). They say that you might be immediately re-born or not...very individual thing. It all depends upon what you believe or not.

mediums talk to those who have passed on ... psychics tune in with the living

from what I understand , not everyone takes a rebirth
and even those who do , the time varies from spirit to spirit
some who may have had their life cut short may ( if they choose ) take a new life immediately
but some have been in spirit for decades , even centuries before they choose to
but not everyone chooses to either .... some are happy to continue to go through the spirit realms

my belief is that after you die your spirit moves onto another plain,so although your earthly body is gone the spirit live on ,you are not actually reborn,spirits can communicate messages through a medium (clairvoiant) as "on the other side" they can see everything so can send messages to help us,they have no concept of time they can only pass general messages,obviously there are believers and non believers ,i have done psychic awareness courses and firmly believe in the afterlife having had it proved so many times but in answer to your question you are not reborn in a bodily way.

We only live once and once we die we are with God,in sort of a sleep as the bible describes it. But psychics are flase, either they're pretending or if they've gotten deep into that practice,they are being decieved by Satan who might make them think they're really communicating with the dead.But ultimately it's something that God says to stay away from.

It is thought that spirits incarnate when they choose to or not. The Earth is a hard learning place and takes some time to readjust back to who you truly are.

There is always an essence of yourself left in Nirvana, if you incarnated with your whole self (true self) you would far surpass Jesus and other master of enlightenment.
