i spend alot of time at my kids school and am around alot of moms all the time and am friends with all of them, i have noticed that alot of them while talking to me will get touchy by rubbing my arm or rubbing my back, like yesterday a mom came up to me excited about her new job and she started rubbing my arm and back as she was telling me, what does this mean,

It means you have been accepted as one of the "girls". It means you aren't a threat. It means they consider you a friend. It means they trust you.
I'm not sure what is going through your mind, but if you think its more than what it is, you need to think again.

It means that it's nice to see when a man is a good dad, but you should be a nice husband and set some boundaries. It doesn't make you less of a man if you back up a little when they touch you, not rudely, but they will understand.
This section doesn't let me answer again so I have to edit to answer... my answer to your last question is that I wouldn't let anybody rub me, it might feel good but I'll put myself in my spouse place and I don't think he'll like it. Also, you'll allowing this person to become very close to you, you might like it but sometimes things can go places that you want to avoid. This lady is sending you clear signals, good for the ego but bad for the marriage. Take care.
