They rejected me before i was born and don't want anything to do with me at all. I've tried fitting in with them, and they hate me. They only give my sister birthday presents and not me they exclude me from all of the get togethers. They harass me a lot and are very cruel people.

That's really incredible. But, I bet your bottom dollar that you have gotten into mucho trouble, and they don't know how to handle your shenanigans. Furthermore, I think you need to turn your life around and not blame them. They are doing the best they can. And, for your part show a little respect.

Try really hard not to take it personally. Tell yourself that instead of being FROM a family who is close and loving, you'll MAKE one yourself! Then, find a woman who will love you like no one else and concentrate on being a wonderful husband and father. It's sad that your "original" family chooses to not be close to you, but you can't control that. Good luck to you!

Be strong in yourself, it's a lonely existence but your self is the best family you have. You will always be there when you hurt, you will always share the best times with yourself.
As for your family, treat them how you would treat any person who treats you as they do. It may be brutal, but they need to at least treat you as well as any other human being.
