All illegal aliens should be removed just because of the fact that they are illegally in this country anyway. That should be enough! Could we get away with that in their country ? No
Their government would no doubt imprison us then deport us, Not give us a gas station or motel!

As it is now, federally, coming into the U.S. illegally or overstaying a visa is a misdemeanor on the first offense, felony on the second offense. That being the case, its more or less like there is already a 2 strike rule in place.

the federal law says they are ILLAGAL that means they are breaking the law....they should be deported immediately and forced to come in legally ...
