I can't think of why not: A teen's body is going through a lot of changes, and his mind is going bonkers trying to figure a lot of adult stuff out. So unless the teen in question is used to reading a lot, I wouldn't be too surprised at some dyslexia.

maybe it is now you are only noticing. with more stress, body changes, harder subjects in school....it makes sense.
