Depends on what's important to you. I won't consdider upgrading until I buy a new computer. But I assure you it'll be a year or so until the boys in Redmond get fixed what don't work.

PC Magazine has some great articles about Vista, so I'd advise doing lots of research before deciding to ??upgrade?? to Vista.

Vista works great. I've upgraded all my machines with it. These people on here that constantly bash Vista, have never even used it. Don't listen to them. Go to a computer store and use one of their sample computers with Vista on it. You'll see for yourself. The computer instructor's answer is B.S. His school probably can't afford to switch everything to Vista....
