because they are a weird bunch of people still living in the dark ages of man? they dont seem to understand what an innocent mistake is? and take it upon themselves to make these inhumane decisions in the name of their so called "forgiving" and "peaceful" religion
nothing is wrong with calling a teddy a bloody name either is be steven or mohanjnsjidz, whatever! like i sed these people and their so called religion, is used as a tool for any type of fanatical behaviour, etc sodding religion, we humans dont deserve a place called earth, most of us are insane control freaks in my opinion, just a few of us want our world back, and want to live and let live ....

From what I can tell, apparently the word "muhammed" itself (various spellings) is sacred and must be idol worshiped and never, never, never "insulted".
How is "insulted" defined? It looks like "insulted" happens when it's time to murder, beat or imprison someone. Kind of like "mommy, when is the circus coming to town?".
Does it (the teddy bear drama) make any sense at all? Not to any civilized, rational or reasonable person. To the muslims? I'd ask, but I think they're all still trying to murder Gibbons.
BTW, who else believes that Gibbons' TRUE crime was teaching the children the concept of "vote" (in a muslim country)?

I wonder if the prophet Muhammed was as stiff necked and humorless as the ones who are calling for the slaying of a woman over the naming of a child's toy? I doubt it sincerely. It was never meant as an insult. To take it as such is to twist reality into an unreal situation. I feel sorry for them that they have such little compassion in their hearts.
